Other Information
The original Rampage was supposed to come out when the Voodoo 3 ended up being released, but Rampage wasn't complete by then, so the Voodoo 3 was originally released as a placeholder until Rampage was finished. It ended up being number 1 in retail sales, but in the OEM department it did poorly. People would rather have slow 32 bit on the TNT2, than fast 16 bit on the Voodoo 3. The voodoo 3 was SLI compatible, but no consumer SLI boards were produced. Below is a picture of a Voodoo 3 SLI board:
